  • Position: HRBP

    Put in place organizational performance management framework (across functions / roles / levels)

    Act as an enabler for desired performance outcomes across teams, and towards this organize resources / support (L&D interventions, etc.)

    Ownership and continuous tracking of business outcomes of concerned teams

    Close association with employees and problem resolution

    Initiatives for identifying key talent and providing fast track growth plans / talent enhancement programs

Desired Candidate:
5-7 years in HR BP role (IT or Non-IT) in a process driven organizationKnowledge and experience of using implementing a proven performance management framework (e.g. BSC, etc.)Exposure in managing wide spread team operationsFlexibility to travelStart-up orientationTier 2 / Decent Tier 3 MBA
