Roles and Responsibilities.
* 4-6 years of relevant experience in Technology Recruiting (preferably with exposure to startups).
* Ability to understand technology and to keep abreast of latest technology trends.
* Ascertaining the competence of candidates against a technical job description.
* Design and implement overall recruiting strategy. Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
* Source resumes through various channels- database mining, portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking and passive candidate hunting.
* In-depth knowledge of screening and filtering profiles on Product Development in R&D, Machine
* Learning techniques, Backend Java and .Net resources, UI resources
* Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc.)
