Roles and Responsibility:

We are looking for someone who are strong in excel , reporting  and Data Analytics. 



Role objective:


1.    Speaking with senior stakeholders to gather information on what they require

2.    Extracting data from multiple HR systems and sources

3.    Creating and developing Excel based dashboards in order to visualise key metrics

4.    Developing HR reports, scorecards and interactive dashboards

5.    Writing process documentation and user guides as well as suggesting improvements in order to develop creative MI solutions

6.    Produce quarterly dashboards for client in conjunction with account management

7.    Respond to ad-hoc requests for reporting, insights, and analysis in a timely and accurate manner

8.    Create new MI packs to arm decision makers for the future and identify areas for improvement

9      Create gap and trend analysis reporting

10.  To automate a number of key manual excel trackers and reports

11.  To provide support in defining business processes, functional specifications and user requirements

12.    Complete scheduled and adhoc reporting for the Senior Management Team in Asia for the Hays Talent Solution Business


Data Management


1.    The chosen candidate will be in charge of providing specialist analysis and development of tools built in Excel-  in most cases the tools will need to be created and maintained

2.    This will be a 70/30 split between data development and high level business analysis.

3.    Data accuracy will be key to this role and inputting data on the recruitment tools in a timely manner will

4.    Develop and demonstrate your personal brand and credibility to all stakeholders including candidates, colleagues and clients
