Supporting application research in oils and fats
Responsible for executing lab trials, data analysis and developing application insights to offer strong technical support to internal stakeholder
Co-ordination with other scientists/Project Leader to carry out product development activities

Qualifications and Experience
Minimum PhD degree in Food Technology/Oil technology/Chemical engineering/Life sciences/ Biotechnology or similar with minimum 4-6 Years? experience of enzyme applications preferably in Food processing/ Vegetable oil & fats processing related applications.
Expertise in use of analytical techniques such as NIR, HPLC, FT-IR, GC, MS is highly desirable
